History
Our band was forned in the Fall of 1997 in
cooperation with the Chesterfield County Department of Parks and Recreation. Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to providing
an opportunity for residents of the greater Richmond area to perform fine concert music.
General Information
As of the beginning of 2006,
this all volunteer band has grown to more than 50 diverse members, from high school students to retirees. Many of our
members have returned to playing in an ensemble after many years of not playing any music at all!
Players of all band
instruments are welcome to share in the enjoyment of making music. If you are interested in becoming a member of the band
(even if you're a little rusty!) and would like more information, please contact us by e-mail or call 213-9118 for more information.
